PBS is a network free for registration! You can register your project by yourself and immediately. You should fill in the Registration form.
The distinctive feature of the PBS network is the distribution of , so-called " elevating" banner displays. The network member-sites, which place the network banners in the top part of page receive the «elevating" displays. Thus the CTR of the member-site shouldn't be less than 35 % from the network CTR.
20 000 banner displays can be charged on the PBS member's account, if
it's daily quantity of displays is more then 500 but less than 2000 banners
per day.
30 000 banner displays can be charged on the PBS member's account, if
it's daily quantity of displays is more then 2000 but less than 7000 banners
per day.
70 000 banner displays can be charged on the PBS member's account, if
it's daily quantity of displays is more then 7000 but less than 10000
banners per day.
100 000 banner displays can be charged on the PBS member's account, if
it's daily quantity of displays is more then 10 000 banners per day.
* - For charging elevating displays on your account you should mail to admin@pbs.ru and indicate the number of your account and the daily banner rotation on your site.
** - The "elevating" displays will be charged on the member account during 10 days after the system banners begin to display on the member-site.
