Monthly lottery on PBS.RU

(!) Comments of the organizers of the lottery № 4;)

As you know, there were some changes in the rules of this draw, namely: if earlier network moderators chose member-sites themselves, this time we had asked the site - owners, who consider that their resources satisfy the lottery rules, tell us the numbers of their accounts. And it's better to reveal, that our "invention" had failed;). From almost 1 thousand registered sites and more than 400 active servers, only 28 owners were not too lazy to send us the numbers of accounts. Mind, that there are more then 150 sites, which are satisfying the lottery rules.
We didn't break already announced rules of the lottery № 4. It had passed in complete conformity with the order of its realisation. There were only 21 sites-participants, and because of that there were prizes for all of them.
So, Ladies and Gentlemen ,next lottery, which will pass on August the 20th, we will return to old and traditional rules.

The fourth monthly lottery among the www.pbs.ru members was carried out on July 25 with the shift in 5 days from the assumed terms. That was caused by a period of holidays of the employees of our company. The main prize of the lottery № 4 - musical centre.
